Cancellation Policy

Scheduling & Arrival Window • Online bookings require 24 hours’ notice (call/text for sooner). • We schedule within a 1–2 hour arrival window to allow for traffic and job variability. Access & Parking • Please provide entry instructions (gate/lock codes), pet notes, and parking details in the booking form. • If the team cannot access the property within 15 minutes, the visit may be marked as a no-show (fee below). Scope & Time • Our quotes assume normal conditions. If heavy buildup, excess clutter, or safety hazards are present, we’ll confirm an updated quote/time before proceeding. • Post-construction, move cleans, and cleanouts require cleared surfaces and active utilities. Cancellations / Rescheduling • Free changes up to 24 hours prior. • Inside 24 hours: $50 late change fee (or 20% of quoted price for large jobs >$400). • No-show/lock-out: $75 (or 25% for large jobs >$400). Deposits (select services) • Post-Construction, Move-In/Out over $400, and Cleanouts require a 20% deposit. Deposits are fully credited to final invoice. Payment • We accept card on file at booking. Plans/recurring services bill per visit with plan discounts applied automatically. Tips are optional and appreciated. Satisfaction Guarantee • If something was missed, notify us within 24 hours and we’ll return to re-clean the area. Not valid for conditions outside the booked scope. Breakage & Claims • Please report any concerns within 48 hours. Pre-existing damage and unstable items (loose shelves, poorly mounted TVs/mirrors) are excluded. Health & Safety • We reserve the right to decline unsafe conditions (active infestations, biohazards, aggressive pets, unsecured firearms). • Techs do not move large appliances or climb above 2-step ladders without prior approval. Supplies • We bring pro-grade supplies and equipment. On request, we’ll use your supplies (at your risk). Junk Removal • We cannot accept hazardous waste, paints/chemicals, batteries, tires, or construction debris beyond normal limits. Weight/municipal surcharges may apply.
