 PalmShine Refund Policy

At PalmShine, our mission is to provide a spotless experience from start to finish. Every service we offer is backed by our 50-Point Shine Standard and our commitment to client satisfaction.

 

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned — and we’re here to make it right.

Satisfaction Guarantee

 

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We’ll return to re-clean the affected area at no additional charge.

 

We believe in making things right,  not excuses.

Refund Eligibility

 

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

    •    A cleaner did not show up for the scheduled service without prior notice.

    •    The appointment was canceled by PalmShine and cannot be rescheduled.

    •    The service was not performed due to an internal scheduling or system error.

 

Partial refunds or credits may be issued for other concerns at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Services

 

Because we reserve time specifically for your appointment and pay our cleaning professionals per booking, certain fees are non-refundable, including:

    •    Same-day cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment

    •    Deep cleanings, move-in/out, or post-construction services once work has begun

    •    Deposits or travel fees associated with long-distance or specialty services

 

Instead of refunds, we may issue a service credit toward a future cleaning.

 

 Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

To cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by text, email, or through your PalmShine booking confirmation.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee or 25% of the booking total, whichever is higher.
