Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of PalmShine’s services. By booking a cleaning or visiting our website, you agree to these Terms.

Services

PalmShine provides residential cleaning services through subscription plans (monthly, bi-weekly, weekly) and one-time introductory offers. Add-on services (e.g., oven, fridge, windows) are available for an additional fee.

Booking & Payment

 •    All bookings must be scheduled through our website or approved booking platform.

    •    Payment is due at the time of booking. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through our secure payment processor (Stripe).

    •    Failed or declined payments may result in suspension of services.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

 •    Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty.

    •    Late cancellations (within 24 hours of appointment) may incur a fee up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

    •    Missed appointments without notice may be charged in full.

Access to Property

•    Clients must provide PalmShine contractors safe and reasonable access to the property.

    •    If a contractor is unable to access the property at the scheduled time, the appointment may be treated as a missed booking and charged accordingly.

Service Limitations

 •    PalmShine does not guarantee removal of permanent stains, severe damage, or hazardous materials.

    •    We reserve the right to decline service if conditions are unsafe for our cleaners (including presence of biohazards, infestations, or unsafe environments).

Independent Contractors

•    PalmShine uses vetted, insured, and background-checked independent contractors (“Cleaners”) to perform services.

    •    Contractors are not employees of PalmShine. PalmShine is not responsible for acts outside the scope of scheduled cleaning services.

Liability

•    PalmShine carries general liability insurance and janitorial bonding.

    •    Our liability for damages is limited to the cost of the service provided.

    •    Clients must report any damages within 24 hours of service completion for review.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we will schedule a re-clean or provide a service credit at our discretion.

Termination of Services

PalmShine reserves the right to terminate services at any time for non-payment, repeated cancellations, unsafe conditions, or inappropriate conduct toward our cleaners.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of Palm Beach County.
